Lawmakers are on the clock to get whatever priorities they have done in Congress before the end of the year. For Indiana Sen. Todd Young, that means getting a coronavirus relief package done. Many lawmakers have been talking up the fact that a relief bill needs to be passed before the new Congress returns in January. There is a bipartisan bill he is “optimistic” about passing worth $908 billion, but Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is refusing to support the bill at the moment, preferring his own bill with a narrower price tag.
