Vincennes Police responded to the area of 7th and Hart St last night reference a male who had been shot. One male victim was reported shot in the chest, but was conscious. Knox County EMS transported the victim to GSH for treatment. The suspect, 30-year-old John Daley of Oaktown, fled from the scene, but was later found and taken into custody. Daley is being charged with Attempted Murder and is currently being held in the Knox County jail on a $75,000 bond. The investigation is ongoing.
