Trick or Treating times for the City of Washington has been announced. Trick or Treating for Washington is scheduled for Saturday, October 31st from 5 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Washington Mayor David Rhoads is encouraging residents who are comfortable receiving candy seekers to turn on their porch lights to let children know that they are welcome to stop. Mayor Rhoads is also encouraging residents to trick or treat only at relatives and close friends houses.
