Yesterday the Daviess County Commissioners met for their regular session. President of the Daviess County Commissioners, Nathan Gabhart, was absent so Commissioner Tom McCracken filled in as acting president.
The Commissioners discussed the annex update during yesterdays meeting. Commissioner Micheal Taylor said crews were working on the final details and that he is hopeful that move in can start in September.
In other business the Commissioners approved several contracts pertaining to the 900 E Project and passed an amendment for an increase in funds to the project from $450,000 to $1,280,000. The Commissioners also passed an inter local agreement regarding the Montgomery Bridge Project.
