Loogootee Community Schools have announced their graduation date is June 26th at 7. There is still no word on the prom situation at Loogootee.
Also, The Washington Times Herald the Washington Times Herald reporting that the athletes can return to Loogootee schools July 6th under strick guidelines.
In other news from the Loogootee School Board meeting; two year contract extensions for administrators and directors were approved except for Superintendent Chip Mehaffey whose contract is on a different schedule. The food contract with Aramark was extended. There won’t be an increase for school meals next year at Loogootee.
