Governor asking if the AG can still serve

– Indiana’s governor wants to know if the state’s attorney general can continue to serve in office. Governor Eric Holcomb asked the Indiana Supreme Court Tuesday if Attorney General Curtis Hill’s law license suspension makes him ineligible to serve in his position. The Indiana Supreme Court suspended Hill’s license for 30 days in response to a 2018 sexual harassment claim. If Hill is found ineligible to serve, Governor Holcomb would then have the power to name his replacement
