Dorothy Sue Bough, 84, of Loogootee passed away on Saturday March 28, 2020 at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper surrounded by her family.
She was born on July 8, 1935 in Trinity Springs, Indiana to the late Frank and Kathryn (Fawcett) Sherfick.
Dorothy was a member of the Shoals Church of Christ. She enjoyed reading, cross word puzzles, computer games, and bird watching.
She is preceded in death by her husband Wendell Bough who passed away in 2001, her children; Peggy Bough and David Bough, her parents; Frank and Kathryn Sherfick, her son – in – law Jim Jeffers, her brothers; Herb Sherfick, Kenneth Sherfick, her sisters; Mary Johnson and Alice Wildman.
Dorothy is survived by her children; Sherry (Frank) Hillenburg of Mitchell, Janice Jeffers of Loogootee, Karen (Ralph) Murray of Loogootee, Kathy (John) Lythgoe of Loogootee, her grandchildren; Heather Bough, Sarah Jeffers, Allison Lythgoe, Zachary Lythgoe, her great- grandchildren, Finnegan and Archer Partin, and many nieces nephews and cousins.
Private services will be held.
