-A car hit and killed a cow at 300-West and 450-South. That was reported at 9:37 last night.
-There was a car/deer crash reported at 7:20 Saturday night on I69 at Mile Marker 61.
-There field fires reported in Martin County Sunday due to gusty winds and people burning outside.
-37-year-old Joshua M. Taylor of Vincennes was arrested for Failure to Appear for Possession of Marijuana. Bond was set at $2000. The arrest was made on Sunday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department.
-22-year-old Edgar O’ Crespa Acevedo of Washington was arrested by Washington Police on Sunday for Disorderly Conduct.
-28-year-old Rogelio Regaldo Magana of Turpan, Oklahoma arrested Sunday by Washington Police for Disorderly Conduct.
-Indiana State Police arrested a Plainville man on Sunday for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct. No bond was set for 22-year-old Lyle E. Wagler.
-Indiana State Police spokesman Todd Ringle from the Evansville Post reported a trooper stopped a motorist on I69 in Pike County Saturday night. A search revealed a small amount of marijuana. The 23 y/o driver and 22 y/o passenger, both from Indy, were arrested.
– A traffic stop turned into a drug bust in Huntingburg. Maxwell Elliot was pulled over for a routine traffic stop early Saturday morning at the Mainstreet and 19th Street intersection. During the stop, the officer’s K-9 detected drug activity. Cocaine, THC wax, and paraphernalia was found in the car. Elliot was arrested and taken to the Dubois County Security Center.
