-Last night at 10:30pm, Officers with the Washington Police Department arrested Shane Hayden (34), of Washington, for. Driving while Habitual Traffic Violator, Resisting Law Enforcement by Foot causing bodily injury, and Resisting Law Enforcement by motor vehicle. The arrest stemmed from a complaint of a Reckless Driver. The call was made at 10:23 last night from McCormick Avenue. The vehicle and foot chase occurred in the areas of Northwest 15th, 16th and 17th.
-20-year-old Denver B. Simmon of Washington was arrested by Washington Police on Saturday for Possession of a Syringe, a Controlled Substance, Marijuana, and Meth. He was also charged with Dealing Marijuana. No bond was set.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department on Saturday charged 39-year-old Suzanne D. Brucken of Washington with Dealing Meth, Possession of meth and Driving While Suspended.
-41-year-old Joshua L. Harper of Winslow was arrested by Indiana State Police on a warrant for Failure to Appear for Driving While Suspended. Bond was posted.
