Preliminary investigation by Trooper Gerald Stump of the Putnamville State Police Post indicates at approximately 4:22 p.m., a 2004 Oldsmobile SUV, driven by Timothy E. Stone, age 36, of Sullivan Indiana, was traveling northbound on US 41 near County Road 1100 North at a high rate of speed, when he was slowed due to two vehicles traveling on US 41 side by side.  Stone attempted to travel between the two vehicles, striking the vehicle in the driving lane, driven by Jasvir S.
