David Buskirk age 85, of Shoals passed away Sunday at his residence. He was born August 4, 1934 in Worthington, Indiana to John and Clara Buskirk. He married Sue Morrow in February 14, 1987 and she survives.
David was retired from the National Gypsum, was a member of the Shoals Eagles Lodge and was a member of the Shoals Nazarene Church.
Also surviving are two sons, Tom Buskirk of Linton and Steve Buskirk of Indianapolis; one daughter, Mary Jo Fulford of Linton; a step-son, Frank “Eddie” Garbett of Bloomington; and his grand and great grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
He is preceded in death by four brothers, Charles, Rex, Hubert and Popeye.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
