The man allegedly responsible for shooting and killing another man in Warrick County this past weekend has had a request for bond reduction denied.
Two Pike County men were arguing at a home on Noble’s Chapel Road in Warrick County on Sunday night. The argument escalated and 35-year-old David Dunn of Petersburg shot 39-year-old Joshua Nolan of Winslow. Nolan died. The two men were reportedly cousins.
Dunn called 911 and reported the shooting and tried chest compression on Nolan but to no avail. Dunn was charged with Voluntary Manslaughter was in court yesterday where he asked a judge to reduce his $10,000 bond. That request was denied.
Dunn will be in court again on August 5th.
