web

Daviess Community Hospital will host a public open house Tuesday, February 17, from 4 to 5 p.m. at the CORE Center to celebrate the expansion of musculoskeletal services through a new partnership with Tri-State Orthopaedics. The event will be held on the second floor of the CORE Center at 421 E. Van Trees Street in Washington. Community members can meet new visiting specialists, tour the facility, and learn about the additional services now available locally. Starting February 17, Tri-State Orthopaedics will provide pain management and surgical podiatry services every Tuesday at the CORE Center. The visiting providers include surgical podiatrist Dr. Braxton Facer and pain management specialists Dr. Ryan Wetzel and Dr. Jason Franklin. Hospital officials say the partnership expands access to specialty care such as nonsurgical spine and joint procedures, image-guided injections, and surgical treatment for foot and ankle conditions. The open house is free and open to the public.
