Vincennes Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile. Seventeen-year-old Xander Chapman was last seen on January 16 after being dropped off at the Washington Learning Academy in Vincennes. According to police, Xander was wearing white sweatpants, a brown Carhartt jacket, and orange shoes at the time. His guardian reports that his hair is currently dyed purple and that he may be staying somewhere in Petersburg, Indiana, though the exact location is unknown.
