Daviess Community Hospital has announced the appointment of Christy Mehringer as its new Chief Financial Officer. She brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience from Columbus Regional Health, Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center, and IU Health. Mehringer begins her role on December 16. DCH CEO Justin Harris said her background in financial operations, revenue cycle management, and major Epic electronic health record implementations will be vital as the hospital expands services and prepares for its own Epic transition in 2026. As CFO, she will help guide DCH’s strategic initiatives, including expanded clinical services and operational improvements across the health system.
