The Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth will host its December business workshop, “Hire for Purpose, Build for Growth,” on Monday, December 1, from 8:30 a.m. to noon at 99 W. Washington Street in Loogootee. The session will be led by certified business and executive coach Brent Rasche and will focus on helping employers attract and retain workers by aligning hiring practices with organizational purpose and core values. Topics include developing value-based job descriptions, behavior-based interviewing, onboarding, employee recognition, and long-term retention strategies. Registration is $40 and includes lunch.
