A generous donor has pledged to match up to $30,000 in contributions to the Daviess County Museum Endowment on Giving Tuesday, December 2, doubling the impact of every gift made that day. The endowment, managed by Our Community Foundation, supports the long-term stability of the Daviess County Historical Society Museum. Executive Director Chris Jarrett said the match highlights the power of local philanthropy to preserve the community’s history. Donations eligible for the match can be made online at localforever.org, delivered in person to the Foundation’s Washington office, or mailed with a postmark of December 2.
