Emergency crews responded to a single-vehicle crash Sunday evening around 5:30 p.m. on North 100 West near Washington. According to dispatch logs, an SUV left the roadway and went into a ditch with five people inside.
One male occupant suffered a serious head injury and was reportedly seizing when first responders arrived.
Washington Township Volunteer Fire, Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies, and DCH EMS responded to the scene.
The patient was transported by Medic 7 to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes for treatment.
Briggeman’s Wrecker Service removed the vehicle, and the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office is completing the crash report.
