The Daviess County Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 28 at 6 p.m. to discuss a proposed 0.10% local income tax that would help fund Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
The meeting will take place in the Commissioners’ Room at the Daviess County Government Center, 300 E. Hefron Street in Washington.
All interested taxpayers are invited to attend and share their input.
The Council may take final action on the proposed ordinance following the hearing.
