Indiana House Republicans are now accepting applications for paid, full-time internships during the 2026 legislative session, State Reps. Bruce Borders (R-Jasonville) and Shane Lindauer (R-Jasper) announced this week. The program is open to college students, recent graduates, and those in graduate or law school. Interns will work at the Statehouse in Indianapolis from January through March, gaining firsthand experience in legislative operations, policy, or communications. Lindauer added that the internship provides opportunities to work directly with lawmakers, state agencies, and civic leaders. Applications are due Oct. 31 and can be submitted at indianahouserepublicans.com/internship.
