Colts corner Kenny Moore had a great start to Sunday with an early pick 6 that got Indy off and running but it’ll be a bit before he runs again. Moore left the game early in the fourth quarter with a calf injury and did not return. Now the team has announced Moore is expected to miss a couple of weeks as a result of that injury.
It’s the start of a new era for the New York Giants. When the team takes the field in Week 4 against the Chargers, it will be led by rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart who will replace Russell Wilson as the team’s starting quarterback.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers Pro Bowl wide receiver Mike Evans left Sunday’s game against the New York Jets after tweaking his hamstring in the fourth quarter. After receiving the MRI results Tuesday morning, the Bucs now know they’ll be without Evans for multiple weeks.
Second-year Tennessee Titans head coach Brian Callahan announced Tuesday that he’s handing over play-calling duties to quarterbacks coach Bo Hardegree. The Titans are 0-3 and rank 28th in the NFL with 17 points per game after drafting quarterback Cam Ward with the No. 1 pick this past spring.

Mike Gundy’s run at Oklahoma State is over after more than 20 years.
The school fired the former Cowboys QB and longtime coach on Tuesday after the program sunk to further depths with a 19-12 loss to Tulsa on Friday night. The loss to Tulsa dropped the Cowboys to 1-2 and came two weeks after Oklahoma State was blitzed 69-3 by No. 6 Oregon in Week 2.

Major League Baseball will implement robot umpires in 2026. Human umpires will still call balls and strikes, but teams can challenge two calls per game (with extra appeals in extra innings). Challenges, signaled by a tap to the helmet or cap, can be made by a pitcher, catcher, or batter, and successful challenges are retained. Reviews will be displayed on outfield videoboards.
