Indiana Conservation Officers as well as Daviess and Knox County emergency crews were on the scene of a drowning yesterday morning at the boat ramp in Maysville under the overpass. Details are not available at this time, but one person was rescued while another was recovered but succumbed to injuries sustained in the incident.
