A Knox County woman is facing multiple charges after a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon sent a man to the hospital. Deputies say 33-year-old Kayla Wilson crossed the centerline on Old U.S. 41 at Fort Knox Road and collided with a 70-year-old man’s vehicle. Wilson appeared impaired and later tested positive for meth. She was treated and then booked into the Knox County Jail. Charges include OWI causing serious bodily injury, possession of marijuana, and paraphernalia. Authorities say she has a prior OWI from 2022. Her bond is set at $5,000. The male driver remains hospitalized for observation.
