Daviess County Central Dispatch is celebrating a major achievement as Director Julie Riker has earned her ENP (Emergency Number Professional) certification, the highest professional credential in the 911 field. Riker is the first in Daviess County to receive the distinction and one of only 43 ENPs in the entire state of Indiana. The certification recognizes excellence and expertise in emergency communications leadership.
