
A Ford F-150 hydroplaned and veered off the road into a field Thursday evening near South 550 and State Road 57, prompting an emergency response. The truck was carrying four occupants, including a toddler, a teenage male, and two adults. All individuals were out of the vehicle when first responders arrived, and no life-threatening injuries were reported. However, multiple passengers were taken to Daviess Community Hospital for evaluation. Emergency personnel from multiple agencies, including local deputies, Indiana State Police, medical units, and Veale Fire Department, responded to the scene. State police are continuing to investigate the incident.
