The Washington American Legion and VFW will again conduct a special Memorial Day service Monday at a new location, the Washington Commons Stage on Main Street in downtown Washington. The service will be at 11am on the stage and will feature guest speakers and a special tribute to our local heroes, the men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedoms today. The public is encouraged to attend Monday at 11am at the new Washington Commons Stage in downtown Washington.
