Closing arguments are set to get underway this morning in a burglary trial in Daviess County
40-year-old Chad Bosse of Evansville is accused of burglary and theft in a June 2018 incident in which a home in Plainville was burglarized. The victim was able to give a vehicle description to police and the car was stopped and several stolen items were recovered.
The Washington Times Herald reports the trial started yesterday without the defendant. Bosse is wanted on a warrant for Failure to Return to Lawful Detention. He was allowed to attend a funeral last week and did not come back.
