Two Washington residents were booked into the Daviess County Security Center around 5-pm Tuesday on nuisance and possession charges.
23-year-old Travis Peterson and 26-year-old Kirstin Lintz are both charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.
Bond was set at $2500 each. Lintz posted bond and was released
34-year-old Christopher Hovis of Washington was jailed on an out of county warrant Tuesday night. No bond was set.
