Seven Indiana University fraternity members are facing felony hazing charges after two pledges were seriously injured. The charges stem from an October 2025 incident involving the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. Court documents say pledges were forced to perform strenuous exercises for several hours, resulting in two being hospitalized with a serious medical condition. All seven students face two counts of felony hazing, while one also faces an obstruction of justice charge. The fraternity remains suspended by Indiana University. The following seven students were recently charged: Casey Clarke of Hagaman, New York, Logan Conforti of Elgin, Illinois, Ryan Donohue of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Noah Kucera of San Clemente, California, Joseph Moon of Elkhart, Kaptur Nowaczyk of Crown Point, and Arjunkumar Patel of Westfield.
