Washington Lady Hatchets head coach Gretchen Miles has been named a recipient of the 2026 IBCA/Point Guard College Transformational Coach Award. The award recognizes coaches who make a lasting impact on their players, fellow coaches, and their community. Miles, a former Lady Hatchets player, has spent more than two decades coaching in the program and is widely known for her leadership and influence beyond the game. School officials say the honor reflects her commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the court.
