Daviess Community Hospital has secured relocation grants through the Choose Southern Indiana program to help recruit and retain healthcare workers. The grants provide up to $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible professionals moving to the region. Hospital officials say the funding helped bring in new staff members, including an ultrasound technologist and a speech-language pathologist. Leaders say the program supports workforce growth and helps ensure continued access to quality healthcare in the community.
