Voting Machine Test Scheduled Ahead of Primary Election/ Official Polling Locations

The Daviess County Election Board has announced plans to conduct a public test of voting machines ahead of the 2026 Primary Election. The test is scheduled for Tuesday, March 31 at 11:30 a.m. in the Election Room on the middle floor of the Daviess County Courthouse. Officials say the test is open to the public.

Early voting will begin Monday, April 7 and continue until noon on Monday, May 4. at the Clerk’s Office in the courthouse. Additional early voting hours will be offered Saturday, April 25 and Saturday, May 2 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at multiple locations across the county. Election Day is set for Tuesday, May 5, with polls open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at designated polling locations throughout Daviess County. Official polling locations will be posted on our WAMW facebook page and website.

Monday through Friday- Starts April 7, 2026 and will be from 8am-4pm at the Clerk’s Office on the middle floor of the Courthouse and ends at noon on May 4, 2026.
