Stephen Clements, 39, of Washington, was arrested on counts of possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Resisting Law Enforcement. Bond was set at $10,000, and bond was posted.
Matthew Lewandowski, 46, of Washington, was arrested on two counts of a petition to revoke. No bond was set.
