The Indiana State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division completed more than 6,400 commercial vehicle inspections between January 1 and February 14, 2026. During that time, troopers placed 653 drivers and 752 vehicles out of service, while also issuing 49 oversize and 278 overweight violations. Officers also assisted during January’s winter storm response, helping investigate 131 crashes and responding to more than 2,300 calls for service across the state.
