In a public notice, the Town of Odon addressed recent questions and concerns, confirming that the department is currently staffed with volunteer firefighters and operating as normal. Residents are reminded to continue calling 911 for any fire, medical, or other emergencies. Town officials say questions can be directed to the Odon Clerk-Treasurer’s office via email (Clerktreasurer@townofodon.com). The town also noted that, as a public agency, the Odon Fire Department’s meetings and records are subject to Indiana’s open door laws.
