The Greene County Sheriff’s Office has announced an arrest following a multi-month investigation into the possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material. Authorities say the investigation began in August 2025 and was conducted by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office as part of the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. The investigation identified Thomas Felker of Linton as a suspect. On January 13, 2026, a felony arrest warrant was issued for Felker on ten counts of Level 5 felony possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material. He was arrested the following day and booked into the Greene County Jail. The Indiana ICAC Task Force, led by the Indiana State Police, investigates online exploitation and enticement crimes involving children. Officials encourage the public to report suspected online child exploitation to local law enforcement or through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Assisting agencies in this investigation included Indiana State Police and the Monroe County High Tech Crime Unit. All charges are allegations, and all individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
