Patricia Kay Burton, 84, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
Patricia was born to Earl Harold Kline and Viola Lavern Resch on December 3, 1941, in Linton, Indiana.
Patricia was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose love for her family was evident in everything she did. She cherished time spent with her children and took immense pride in her growing family. She also enjoyed spending her time crocheting, quilting, and sewing.
She is survived by her loving sons, David (Denese) Burton, Rex (Jo Ann) Burton, and Don (Michele) Burton. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Kyle (Jenna) Burton, Kelsey Burton, Tiadawn (Preston) Ratliff, Tristan (Emily) Burton, Garrett (Grace) Burton, Mackenzie (Shae) Frazier, Joshua Burton, Sidney Burton, Tamara (Hunter) Hitt, and Kiesha (Matt) Urbain.
Patricia was blessed with 10 great-grandchildren whom she adored: Owen Burton, Emmett Ratliff, Ean Ratliff, Lila Ratliff, Alexis Burton, Isaac Burton, River Hitt, Levi Burton, Carter Frazier, and Amelia Urbain
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roy “Bud” Burton, and her daughter, Krista Baker.
Patricia will be remembered for her kindness, faith, strength, and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on through the many lives she touched and the generations she nurtured.
Funeral service will be on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 7:00pm
Visitation will be from 4:00pm-7:00pm
Pastor Tom Watson will be officiating.
