If this doesn’t work, there may be an issue with your Amazon Alexa Skill settings.
There are no widespread reports of Amazon Alexa Skills being down. However, issues with individual skills are often caused by local internet or device connectivity problems, or specific glitches with the skill itself. These can usually be resolved by restarting your Echo, checking the Wi-Fi connection, or re-enabling the skill in the Alexa app. The most common issue we encounter is that the skill is not enabled. Always confirm that the skill is enabled for the account associated with the Echo device by checking in the app.
