The results are in for Friday’s Battle of the Badges, and this year’s fundraiser brought in a record $2,916.81 for the Red Kettle Campaign, the largest total in the event’s history. In a close competition, the Police Department edged out the Fire Department, earning the traveling trophy for 2025. Final totals were $1,634.80 for Police and $1,282.81 for Fire. Organizers thanked everyone who donated and supported the effort, praising both departments for their strong community turnout.
