JBH Ventures has filed a Notice of Intent with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management for stormwater discharge related to the upcoming Oak Street Village development in Martin County. The project, located at 505–507 N. Oak Street, will follow the state’s Construction Stormwater General Permit requirements.
