After 1,287 games LeBron James’ 10 point or more scoring streak came to an end last night when he scored 8 points in a 123-120 win over the Raptors. This was the first time since January 5, 2007 that James failed to eclipse double digits.
NFL
For a league that rakes in billions of dollars per year, the NFL’s inability to maintain standards for its playing fields has always been perplexing. It now appears to be doing something about it. According to the Associated Press, the NFL is introducing new enhanced standards for its surfaces that teams will have to implement by the start of the 2028 season. Each team will reportedly be provided with “a library of approved and accredited NFL fields” before the start of next season.
NCAA FOOTBALL
It will be a battle of undefeated teams in the Big 10 title game on Saturday at Lucas Oil Stadium. Kickoff is set for 8:00 pm for the 12-0 Indiana Hoosiers versus the Ohio State Buckeyes. Line shows OSU -4 with a 47.5 over under.
