The Multi-Hazard Mitigation Planning Committee of Daviess County will host a public information session on December 16, 2025, 1:00 pm at the Washington Eastside Park Community Building located at 405 Burkhart Drive in Washington.
Daviess County, with the Polis Center at Indiana University-Indianapolis (IUI), has started the process of updating its Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan. Once the plan is updated, the committee will submit it to FEMA for approval.
The planning committee is interested in receiving public input on the plan.
