Joe Burrow returned to practice Wednesday for the Bengals, and took the first-team reps at practice Thursday. If he plays Sunday it would represent a remarkably fast return from a serious toe injury for which he had surgery earlier this season.
Lamar Jackson returned to Ravens practice Thursday after missing Wednesday with an ankle injury.
Shedeur Sanders has been named the Browns’ Week 12 starter at the Raiders, with fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel still in concussion protocol. Sanders struggled in his NFL debut against the Ravens last Sunday, and we’ll see what full week of preparation as the starter can do for him.
In New York, quarterback Jaxson Dart appears close to clearing concussion protocol, having participated in practice Thursday. Dart missed the Giants’ loss to the Packers with a concussion he suffered against the Bears two weeks ago.
No IU game this week, the #2 Hoosiers have the week off. Colts are on the Razor for a 1:00 kickoff on Sunday. Lady Vikings at Orleans on the General Saturday for a 12:30 varsity tipoff. Lady Hatchets can be heard on Memories tomorrow evening for a 7:30 tipoff at Tecumseh.
