c-of-c-banner

The Martin County Chamber of Commerce has announced it will cease operations effective November 30, 2025, citing declining membership and insufficient dues to sustain office costs and business support activities. Chamber leaders said the decision follows months of evaluation and reflects changing community needs and financial challenges that made continued operations unsustainable. All remaining meetings have been canceled. Members with questions may contact the Chamber at martincountychamberofcommerce@gmail.com or 812-295-4093 through November 30. The organization thanked its members, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners for their years of support, noting the Chamber’s long-standing role in local business advocacy and networking. The Chamber’s board said it will work to resolve outstanding matters and guide members during the transition. The chamber board voted to divide what money is left between two Martin County organizations. If you have paid dues for the 25-26 year and would like to prorate your payment, please contact the chamber. Those that have paid, after closing discussions, will receive their checks back in the mail.
