Following an abysmal 2-8 start to the season, the New York Giants have fired head coach Brian Daboll. Offensive Coordinator Mike Kafka is expected to take over as the interim head coach.
Daboll’s dismissal comes after the Giants’ heartbreaking loss to the Chicago Bears, where they blew a 10-point lead in the fourth quarter. New York was leading 17-7 and driving when quarterback Jaxson Dart fumbled, suffering a concussion on the play and exiting the game. Russell Wilson, who was replaced earlier in the season, came in to run the offense but could not manage the offense to secure the victory.
Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow is back to limited practice, starting his 21-day window to be activated without counting against the 53-man roster. Burrow hasn’t played since suffering turf toe in a Week 2 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sept. 14. Upcoming games include the Steelers (Nov. 16), Patriots (Nov. 23), and Ravens (Nov. 27).
If you missed Fair Shake on Saturday we had another installment of Mike DeCoursey’s true crime series. This time he discussed the Buger Chef Murders. You can hear this and all episodes in the archives at WAMWamfm.com and Razor945.com
