Woman Found in Bluegrass Fish and Wildlife Area Identified; Investigation Shifts to Kentucky

Authorities have identified the woman found dead in the Bluegrass Fish and Wildlife Area as 35-year-old Kristina Robison of Henderson, Kentucky, according to the Indiana State Police. Detectives determined that Robison’s death occurred in Henderson, KY, and that her body was later transported across state lines and left near New Harmony Road and Klippel Road in Warrick County. A person of interest has been arrested in Knox County, Indiana, on unrelated drug charges and an outstanding felony warrant, and remains in custody. Since the death took place in Kentucky, the case has been turned over to the Henderson Police Department, which will now lead the investigation. The case is being handled jointly by the Indiana State Police, Warrick County Sheriff’s Office, Henderson Police, Indiana DNR, and the U.S. Marshals Service Task Force.
