Washington Surgical Associates will begin seeing patients at a new location starting Monday, November 17, inside the DCH Medical Clinic at 1402 Grand Avenue in Washington. The clinic’s phone number (812-254-8856), fax (812-254-4831), and hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., closed noon–1 p.m.) will remain the same. WSA will continue operating as its own practice with the same care team and scheduling, while benefiting from shared services within the DCH facility. Patients with appointments on or after Nov. 17 should visit the new Grand Avenue location.
