Brenda Jean (Day) Hardwick, 67, of Loogootee Indiana passed away on Thursday October 30, 2025, at her residence.
She was born on August 8, 1958, in Washington, Indiana to James Earl and Barbara Jean (Dillion) Day.
She liked to crochet, collect owls, and drinking Coca-Cola. Brenda was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister and will be deeply missed by her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Barbara Day, her husband, Timothy Hardwick, and her son, Timothy Taylor.
Brenda is survived by her children, Mike (Jackie) Taylor, Mark (Hillary) Hedge, Jonathan (Kelsey) Hedge, grandchildren, Shyla (Zak) Livingston, Wyatt Taylor, Destiny Lily, Alyssa Taylor, Lexi Taylor, Jaidyn Mulholland, Kailee Hedge, Callie Hedge, Amanda Taylor, Waylon Taylor, Baileigh Hedge, Cashlynn Hedge, Kaiden Hedge, Kenzington Hedge, great- grandchildren, Lukas, Braxton, Breenley, brothers, Bob (Cindy) Day, Danny Day, James “Cowboy” Day, and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday November 4, 2025, at 1:00 P.M at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee, Indiana with Bro. John Moffatt to officiate. Burial will follow in Poplar Grover Cemetery.
Friends may visit on Tuesday November 4, 2025, from 11:00 until the time of service at 1:00 P.M.
