A Shoals man was arrested at a local Jiffy Lube in Bedford while waiting for an oil change.
Employees called law enforcement after allegedly witnessing the man smoke a joint and drink a beer while waiting to get an oil change.
63-year-old Jay Sutton of Shoals was arrested after failing a field sobriety test on location.
Sutton was transported to the Lawrence County Jail.
