The Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth has announced the completion of another downtown improvement project, this time at 104 W. Main Street in Loogootee.
The renovation includes new windows, a fresh awning, and a new door, replacing old boarded-up features and revitalizing the building’s appearance.
Building owner Jeremy Osborn says additional upgrades are coming soon, including new crown molding to complete the storefront’s transformation.
